David Alonso clinched his ninth win of the season at the Moto3 Indonesian Grand Prix, maneuvering through a tight lead group and making his decisive move on the last lap.

The CFMoto Gaviota Aspar rider strategically bided his time, navigating his way through a scrappy pack of riders. Alonso was behind Adrian Fernandez heading into the final lap but took the lead in a daring move, holding off the Leopard rider by just 0.085s at the finish line.

Fernandez, who briefly led after Collin Veijer’s crash, claimed his first-ever podium in second. David Munoz completed the rostrum in third for BOE Motorsports KTM.

Leopard’s Angel Piqueras managed a strong fourth, while rookie Luca Lunetta took fifth despite a chaotic final lap.

Daniel Holgado led briefly but finished sixth, just ahead of Tatsuki Suzuki, who faded late in the race to take seventh. Joel Kelso crossed in eighth, while Ivan Ortola, who completed multiple long-lap penalties, recovered to ninth. Nicola Carraro rounded out the top ten.

A race filled with crashes saw multiple retirements, with Veijer falling from the lead and Taiyo Furusato crashing in the final stages of the race.
