Francesco Bagnaia takes a desperately needed race win at the Thei Grand Prix. The Italian keep his championship hoopes alive as title rival Jorge Martin limits the damage at Buriram.

The Spaniard remounted and was able to charge back all the way to 11th but was given a one-place penalty after shoving Joan Mir off track.

Pedro Acosta completed the podium following a late charge to beat his future teammate Binder before he eventually got the better of Jack Miller.

The two factory KTMs lost out on important points late in the race as Fabio Di Giannantonio charged through the pack. The Italian ended his last race of the season in 4th. He will miss the last tow rounds of the season to get aurgery on his injured shoulder.
