San Marino Grand Prix: Wildcard For An Australian Junior Rider

At next week’s San Marino GP, the Australian young gun Harrison Voight will be on the grid for the first time in the Moto3 World Championship. The Australian will receive a wildcard.

At the upcoming Misano GP in a week’s time, Australian Harrison Voight will make his debut in the motorcycle world championship. 

The 16-year-old junior rider from Queensland will be riding a Honda in the Moto3 class for Team SIC58 Squadra Corse. He will ride next to Ricardo Rossi and Lorenzo Fellon. 

Voight currently races in Red Bull Rookies. Just recently the Australian achieved his first podium at the Sachsenring. 

On top of the Red Bull Rookies Cup, Voight also races in JuniorGP. Since 2021, the Australian is part of Paolo Simoncelli’s teamup with Honda.
