In a move that had been widely anticipated in the MotoGP world, Franco Morbidelli joins one of the most successful teams of recent years.
While the confirmation of Morbidelli’s transfer to the Italian team may not come as a shock to many, it still marks a significant development in the Italian’s career.
Having been linked with Prima Pramac Ducati ever since Yamaha confirmed his departure from their team, the MotoGP community was left speculating about Morbidelli’s next destination.
